Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship within Canada, with standard shipping available at a flat rate of $10 on all orders.
- Orders typically arrive within 3–9 business days.

Shipping to Remote Locations
Please note that shipping to remote locations, including Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon, is calculated at checkout using our shipping calculator. For more information or a custom quote, feel free to contact us.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your shipment.
International Shipping
Shipping to the United States is available. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using our shipping calculator.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues and Delays
- We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or carrier issues).
- Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
Shipping Address
