At Wesaro, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we’re here to help.

Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance products, as these items are sold at a discounted rate and cannot be restocked.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, use, or alteration.

 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective, or you received the wrong item.

Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at infowesaro@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or you received the wrong product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will provide a pre-paid return label.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To start a return or exchange, contact us at infowesaro@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at infowesaro@gmail.com.
